You are making one piece that lays flat and measures Five and a half inches tall by four inches wide. 5.5 by 4. Easy! Use the same stitch you've been using and go to town!

Hi, Bean. I tweeted you a question which was -- on week 1, I reversed the direction so the stitches went along the 5.5 in. side, not the 7 in. side. Should I continue to do that or does that matter or should I frog it and start over?
